Payment Methods
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Pre-payment is accepted by
personal check or money order. Orders that are pre-paid must be phoned
in to get the total invoice amount due with shipping costs. Personal
checks must clear which can take up to 10 days, so plan accordingly.
DECLINES: All declined credit card transactions are subject to a $1.00 fee for each declined transaction.
We do not accept C.O.D. orders.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with any item(s) they may be returned within
15 days under the following guidelines:

A copy of your receipt must accompany the returned items. Returned goods
must be boxed or in a padded envelope. Any returns received in thin
letter envelopes will be rejected. All merchandise must be in original
condition and packaging. No partial returns of any one item will be
accepted. However; unused packs of a multiple pack order are returnable.
(Example: You purchase a 50 pc bag of crimp, use 30, and want
to return 20 pc - non returnable)
(Example: You purchase three 12-piece packs of 8mm bi-cones,
use 2 full packs, and want to return 1 unused pack - returnable)
A 10% restocking fee will be applied on all returns, and return postage
is non-refundable.
NO RETURNS ON SPECIAL ORDERS, CUT CHAIN, COLOR CHARTS OR KITS, AND
BROKEN FACTORY PACKS.
Damaged Goods
Authorization for the return of damaged or defective goods is required.
If your merchandise arrives damaged, or is defective, please call us
immediately with details. Once your return is authorized, you will receive
an RMA number and instructions for your return. A full refund or replacement
for goods and shipping costs will be issued.
Back Orders
We will only back order items if you specifically ask us. It is recommended
that you call or email us to keep informed of when a particular stock
is in. If a particular item is critical and you want us to backorder
it for you, we will email you as soon as it is in stock, per your request.
TELEPHONE
ORDERS & ADD ON'S
Processing fees will be added to orders that are called in by telephone
with more than 5 items. Telephone orders can take up to 30 minutes or
more to complete from start to finish verses a completely processed
order coming in off the web. We strongly advise you to use our shop-on-line
when placing your order as these orders are given priority throughout
the day being 'invoice ready.' The following shows a list of fees that
will be added to your telephoned order.
ADD ON'S -Terms and fees also apply to your order
if you telephone us to "Add on" to your existing order or
send an email. In order to avoid fees, and you need to add 6 or more
items to your order, please just enter another order through our shop-
on- line web site. We will combine your orders and credit the shipping.
Please be sure that your 'second' order comes through to us within the
same time frame in order to combine your orders..

Rejected Orders
Austria Connection reserves the right to reject any incoming order. You will be notified by e-mail in the same time frame as a confirmation with an explanation of why we have rejected to fill your order.
Price Changes
We reserve the right to change prices without notice and to correct
any pricing errors that may be found or due to fluctuations in the gold
and silver markets or currency on imported items.

Closings
Our normal business hours of operation are Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m.
- 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. You may fax or email an order
