Factory pack orders may take up to 3 business days before shipping.
We do not have factory pack stock of every item at all times.
If you are placing a regular order along with some factory pack items, please be prepared to wait the extra time for your items by planning ahead.

If a factory pack is unavailable of any item, we will fill your order with
smaller pack amounts for the same price. If you only want "unbroken"
factory packs, then you must specify this in the message area of your order.
